Meet Pam McCarthy, our exceptional Logistics Coordinator at Lionel Hitchen!

Pam joined our #TeamHitchen in 2009 as a Production Planner, eager to contribute her expertise to our dynamic team. However, fate had other plans, and after just a few weeks with us, Pam was involved in a serious car accident that kept her away from work for almost a year.

We were immensely proud to welcome her back to our team, albeit on reduced hours in the Logistics department. As our Logistics Coordinator, Pam plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations.

Her responsibilities include overseeing UK Freight, managing offsite storage, handling the invoicing of our Freight Partners both worldwide and in the UK.

We are truly privileged to have Pam as a part of our #NaturallyFabulous team!
