Job title: Product Coordinator
Reports to: Product Commercialisation Manager
Job grade: B
Job Purpose
The successful candidate will but not limited to:
• Review and maintain list of finished products available for sale/sample
• Review and propose key product stock levels in line with current product strategy
• Review of developmental products available
• Analysis of product formulations vs cost
• Analysis of product sales performance, individual and ranges
• Supporting pricing and quoting activity
• Action enquiries/requests received in the info@lionelhitchen.com email inbox
• Manage the ACORN (infrequently manufactured products) log process for reinstating
products for sample/sale
• Supporting development and maintenance of marketing materials
Essential criteria for this position are:
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Ability to work effectively using internal databases and reporting systems
• Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional manner, ability to communicate to all levels of the business
• Accuracy, precision, attention to detail
• Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a “can do” attitude, with the ability to manage own workload effectively
• Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of urgent and routine tasks
• Resourceful and proactive with a desire for continuous improvement
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Willingness to build relationships and be customer focused
• Customer Services or Sales Administration experience
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamic
