  • Self raising flour 23.72%
  • Unsalted Butter 23.65%
  • Caster Sugar 23.65%
  • 2 large eggs 22.7%
  • Full fat milk 4.7%
  • Baking Powder 1.58%

Pumpkin Spice Muffin Recipe

Delicious Pumpkin Spice Muffin recipe made with our Naturally Fabulous Pumpkin Spice Flavour!


1. Using the Kitchen Aid cream together the butter and sugar

2. Add the flour, baking powder, eggs and milk and beat until just combined

3. Weigh the bowl again to work out overall weight of the batter

4. Add the flavours and mix until all combined, be careful not to over mix as this will knock out all the air

5. Weigh 70g of batter into each cupcake case

6. Bake in the oven for 20 – 25 minutes, at 160C they should be risen, golden brown and a skewer should come out clean

7. Move onto a cooling rack to cool completely
