  • Novation 4600 Starch Ingredion  or Waxy maize instant starch (for thickness) – 2.0%
  • Semi Skimmed milk – 94.7%

*For reduced thickness eliminate starch


Pandan Milkshake Recipe

Pandan Milkshake is a cool and refreshing drink inspired by Chinese cuisine.


1. Weigh out dry ingredients and mix.

2.  Add milk and stir.

3. Add flavours.

4. Mix well using milkshake machine or whisk until thick and frothy.
