- 31g Salt – 3.1%
- 3.75g Xanthan Gum – 0.375%
- 7.5g Acetic Acid – 0.75%
- 656g Water – 65.6%

Tomato Sauce Nduja & Massaman Curry Recipe
Tomato Sauce Nduja and Massaman Curry recipe is infused with the fiery depth of nduja and mellowed by the creamy, nutty essence of Massaman curry flavour.
Method
1. Add dry ingredients to a saucepan first and mix well
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and mix well with a blender.
3. Bring to the boil, simmer gently and reduce to 850g.
4. Add selected flavour and stir. Allow to cool.
5. Dispense sauce into sterilised jars and store chilled.
