- 180g Tomato Puree

- 1g Garlic Powder
- 100g Caster Sugar
- 31g Salt
- 3.75g Xanthan Gum
- 7.5g Acetic Acid
- 656g Water

Tomato Sauce – Nduja & Massaman Curry
This tomato-based sauce recipe brings together the bold, savoury depth of our Nduja flavour with the warm, aromatic notes of our Massaman Curry flavour. The result is a balanced, versatile sauce that delivers gentle heat and layered complexity.
Method:
1. Add dry ingredients to a saucepan first and mix well.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and mix well with a blender
3. Bring to the boil, simmer gently and reduce to 850g
4. Add selected flavour and stir. allow to cool.
5. Sterilise glass storage jars & lids by submerging in a pan of water and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool sufficiently to remove from pan
6. Dispense sauce into sterilised jars and store chilled
