Korean Bulgogi & BBQ Sauce Chicken
This bold and flavour-forward predust combines the rich umami notes of our Korean Bulgogi Spice with the deep, smoky-sweet profile of our BBQ Sauce Flavour. Designed to deliver maximum impact in coated poultry applications, this recipe brings an authentic, street-food inspired twist to value-added meat products
Method:
1. Using a pestle and mortar grind the flavour onto the pre-dust
2. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces
3. Coat the chicken in the pre-dust
4. Place the chicken into the batter until fully covered
5. Then place in the breadcrumbs and coat
6. Flash fry the chicken for 50 seconds at 190°C
7. Place in the freezer for a few days
8. Oven bake for 20 minutes at 180°C
