Ginger and Blood Orange Marinade Recipe
Crafted with the perfect balance of zesty blood orange and aromatic ginger, it’s ideal for marinating a variety of savoury dishes, from grilled chicken and seafood to tofu and vegetables.
Method
1. Weigh out sugar and Salt and plate on Paprika OR and mix well with a pestle & mortar
2. Weigh out other dries and mix with the salt mix
3. Use seasoning at 6%, tumble onto meat in seasoning to ensure full coating
4. Chill or freeze as required
5. Oven bake 180C for 20-25 minutes
