Electrolyte & Immunity Drink – Fruit Explosion
Fruit Explosion is a bold celebration of rich, ripe fruit flavours. Juicy plum brings a deep, rounded sweetness, while HiFruit Blackberry adds an intense burst of dark berry richness. Together, they create a vibrant and layered flavour profile. It’s a dynamic duo that captures the essence of orchard and hedgerow in every taste.
Method:
1. To a mixing vessel add the sugar, dextrose and potassium sorbate with a small amount of water. Mix well until all ingredients have dissolved.
2. Add the Trisodium Citrate and the electrolyte mix add more water and mix well until fully incorporated.
3. Add the acid then mix well until fully dissolved.
4. Add the flavour and colour then mix well until fully dissolved.
5. Add the remaining water up to 1 litre and mix well until homogeneous
6. Chill mixture to 5°C then carbonate using preferred method.
7. Fill into glass bottles, plastic bottles or cans and store.
