Electrolyte & Immunity Drink – Citrus Burst

Our Electrolyte & Immunity Drink – Citrus Burst is all about flavour. Bursting with bold, natural flavours of wild berries, every sip delivers a bright, juicy punch that invigorates your taste buds. We’ve crafted the perfect balance of flavour and function, blending essential vitamins and minerals for a smooth, energizing boost. Power up with the vibrant flavour of nature’s best — because great energy should taste as good as it feels.

Method:

1. To a mixing vessel add the sugar, dextrose and potassium sorbate with a small amount of water. Mix well until all ingredients have dissolved.

2. Add the Trisodium Citrate and the electrolyte mix add more water and mix well until fully incorporated.

3. Add the acid then mix well until fully dissolved.

6.Add the flavour and colour then mix well until fully dissolved.

4. Add the remaining water up to 1 litre and mix well until homogeneous

6.Chill mixture to 5°C then carbonate using preferred method.

6.Fill into glass bottles, plastic bottles or cans and store.
