Chilli Hot Honey Recipe
This ‘swicy’ recipe combines the rich, smoky flavour of guajillo peppers with the intense kick of bird’s eye chili oleoresin, creating a bold and vibrant sauce perfect for elevating any dish both savoury or sweet.
Method
1.Mix the honey with the Flavourings until homogonous.
2.Sterilise glass storage jars & lids by submerging in a pan of water and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool sufficiently to remove from pan.
3. Place the honey into jars and seal with the lid.
4. Serve at room temperature.
