Apple and Miso Chocolate Popcorn

  • 100g White Chocolate
  • 35g Toffee Popcorn

Apple and Miso Chocolate Popcorn Recipe

Apple and Miso Chocolate Popcorn recipe combines our naturally fabulous baked apple flavour with the subtle umami notes of white miso, all enrobed in rich, velvety chocolate.

Method

1. Turn on chocolate machine and heat to 60°C

2. Heat the chocolate, stirring regularly, keep the lid on as much as possible

3. Take the tempering bowl out of the machine and cool to 29°C by stirring

4. Take the tempering bowl out of the machine and cool to 29°C by stirring

5. Add the flavour and the shavings and stir

6. Put the mixture back in the machine and heat up to 31°C, do not exceed 32°C

7. In another bowl weigh out the popcorn and pour the tempered chocolate on top

8. Decant this mixture onto a lined baking tray, add any decorations then leave to set at room temperate
