Ingredients

• 50g Sugar
• 22g Potassium Sorbate
• 1.0g Citric Acid Monohydrate
• 21g Lime Juice NFC
• Water Up to 1L

• FE14214 Mojito Flavour 0.9g
• FN14144 Rum Flavour 0.04g
• HD10622 Alcohol Sensation Flavour 0.4g

Mojito Mocktail Recipe

Indulge in the refreshing and sophisticated Mojito Mocktail, a vibrant beverage that captures the essence of a classic cocktail. This mocktail expertly blends the invigorating zest of lime with the aromatic coolness of mojito and rum flavour, creating a harmonious blend that tantalises the taste buds with a surprisingly authentic alcohol sensation.

Method:

1. To a mixing vessel add the sugar and potassium sorbate with a small amount of water. Mix well until all ingredients have dissolved.

2. Add the acid and then mix well until fully dissolved.

3. Add the flavours and mix well until fully dissolved.

4. Add the remaining water up to 1 litre and mix well until homogeneous.

5. Chill mixture to 5°C then carbonate using preferred method.

6. Fill into bottles, glass or plastic, and store.
