Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Popcorn Recipe
Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Popcorn recipe that combines the warm, cosy flavours of pumpkin spice with chocolate. The result is a perfect harmony of sweet and spicy flavours, complemented by the crunchy texture of popcorn.
Method
1. Turn on chocolate machine and heat to 60ยฐC
2. Heat the chocolate, stirring regularly, keep the lid on as much as possible
3. Take the tempering bowl out of the machine and cool to 29ยฐC by stirring
4. Take the tempering bowl out of the machine and cool to 29ยฐC by stirring
5. Add the flavour and the shavings and stir
6. Put the mixture back in the machine and heat up to 31ยฐC, do not exceed 32ยฐC
7. In another bowl weigh out the popcorn and pour the tempered chocolate on top
8. Decant this mixture onto a lined baking tray, add any decorations then leave to set at room temperate
