Sweet Thai Chilli Hot Honey Recipe

Indulge in our hot honey recipe featuring sweet Thai chilli, masterfully combining sweetness and spicy notes that embodies the vibrant essence of the ‘swicy’ trend.

Method

1.Mix the honey with the Flavourings until homogonous.

2.Sterilise glass storage jars & lids by submerging in a pan of water and bring to the boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool sufficiently to remove from pan.

3. Place the honey into jars and seal with the lid.

4. Serve at room temperature.
