  • 397g Condensed Milk (1 tin) – 43.86%
  • Bright Yellow Colour –ย  0.4%

Pineapple and Chilli Ice Cream is a delicious recipe with intense flavours and incredibly easy to make!

Method

1. In a bowl whisk the double cream until soft peaks form

2. Add the condensed milk and whisk until itโ€™s thick

3. Add the flavours and colour then whisk again until fully incorporated

4.ย Transfer into a freezer safe tub

5. Place the ice cream in the freezer and let it freeze for at least an hour

6. Sprinkle with chilli flakes for decoration
