  • 397g Condensed Milk (1 tin) – 43.86%
  • Bright Yellow Colour –  0.4%

Pineapple and Chilli Ice Cream Recipe

Pineapple and Chilli Ice Cream is a delicious recipe with intense flavours and incredibly easy to make!


1. In a bowl whisk the double cream until soft peaks form

2. Add the condensed milk and whisk until it’s thick

3. Add the flavours and colour then whisk again until fully incorporated

4. Transfer into a freezer safe tub

5. Place the ice cream in the freezer and let it freeze for at least an hour

6. Sprinkle with chilli flakes for decoration
