Ingredients

• Beef Mince  – 92.5%
• Dextrose – 2.5%
• Salt – 2.8%
• Onion powder – 0.8%
• Black pepper- ground – 0.4%
• Vegetable oil – 1.0%

Flavours

• Harissa FN12424 @ 0.3%

OR

• Lebanese Shawarma Spice FN13773 @ 0.5%

Mini Beef Burgers Recipe

Method

1. Weigh out all dry ingredients into a bowl, and beef mince & oil

2.  Mix all ingredients together on speed 1 in a kitchen aid or similar mixer

3. Weigh out into 35-40g patties

4. Press in a burger mould

5. Chill and cook in the oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes
