- Beef Mince – 92.5%
- Dextrose – 2.5%
- Salt – 2.8%
- Onion powder – 0.8%
- Black pepper- ground – 0.4%
- Vegetable oil – 1.0%
Mini Beef Burgers Recipe

Method
1. Weigh out all dry ingredients into a bowl, and beef mince & oil
2. Mix all ingredients together on speed 1 in a kitchen aid or similar mixer
3. Weigh out into 35-40g patties
4. Press in a burger mould
5. Chill and cook in the oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes
