Floral Creams


• 110g sifted icing sugars –  91.7%
• 10g egg whites – 8.3%


You can choose your preferred floral flavour for this recipe:

  • Rose Flavour HD9525 @ 0.03% or
  • Violet Flavour HD9546 @ 0.03% or
  • Orange Blossom Flavour HD9491 @ 0.03% or
  • Poppy Flavour HD9541 @ 0.05% – 0.1%

Floral Creams Recipe

Our Floral Creams are the perfect recipe for afternoon tea. Sweet cream and rich chocolate make them extra special!


1. Add the egg whites to the sifted icing flour

2. Add the flavour

3. Mix with a fork until it forms a soft dough

4. Break off small sections of the dough and flatten between your fingers to the size of a 50p coin

5. Leave for 3 – 4 hours to dry out

6. Once dry melt some chocolate and dip the fondant cream into the chocolate to cover half of it
