  • 183g Full Fat Cream Cheese – 56.3%
  • 30.6g Icing Sugar – 9.4%
  • 25g Cocoa Powder – 7.7%
  • 86.4g Double Cream – 26.6%

Chocolate Cheesecake Recipe

Our Chocolate Cheesecake is an easy and delicious recipe made with our Naturally Fabulous Black Cherry flavour.

Method

1. In a large bowl add the icing sugar, cocoa powder and cream cheese, using an electric whisk beat on a low speed until incorporated.

2. Next add the double cream and whisk again until fully combined but still slightly loose.

3. Add the flavour and whisk again until slightly thicker.

4. Transfer the cheesecake mixture into a tub and keep in the fridge.
