Lionel Hitchen Ltd is positioning itself for growth in a changing world and is seeking an experienced, dynamic Customer Engagement Manager to manage its Customer Service and Sales Support teams. Reporting to the Head of Customer Service and Distribution and working closely with Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in understanding our customers’ expectations and helping to deliver an effortless and seamless customer journey right across the business. - Provide the highest level of customer service whilst developing lasting customer relationships to facilitate business growth.
- Maintain the professional environment for the Customer Service & Sales Support teams to thrive and increase customer satisfaction, leading to an increase in sales.
- Create a clear internal & external “superb customer experience” vision, deploying strategies to create engaged staff and customers.
- Responsibility for the management of the Customer Service and Sales Support functions.
